Carlisle United legend Ivor Broadis was honoured by fans yesterday in recognition of his illustrious career.

Broadis, now 85, was presented with a special memento by Helen Ross, the widow of former goalkeeping hero Allan Ross.
The presentation was the highlight of the fans-organised golf day at Eden Golf Club, which featured several ex-United favourites, including Peter Beardsley..
